Operating as a purpose organization, Afromanjaro exists to shape and advance socioeconomic, transformation through technology, storytelling, creativity and community-led innovation. While her initiatives will generate revenue, that value is reinvested to grow new social-tech projects that serve people, preserve heritage, and expand possibility. At its heart, Afromanjaro is about remembering and re-membering: to remember who we are; and to re-member—to re-join, reclaim, and realign with our ancestry, our original ways of being, and the collective power that’s always been ours.
